Providing targeted humanitarian assistance and social support in case of need. Our team considered various options for providing humanitarian support to refugees and decided that targeted assistance (casework) is the most effective and correct approach in this situation since each client has individual needs. Each case is handled by us individually. We have developed an application form to be filled out by the clients themselves. Further on, our consultant contacts them and assists in ordering the necessary goods (food, clothing, hygiene products, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, transport support, etc.). For each customer's convenience, we'll arrange door-to-door delivery.
