Our new big project with Soleterre Onlus has started – psychological support for forcibly resettled Ukrainians and all those who suffer from the war.
The hotline number is already connected. The center works free of charge from the numbers of all operators 24/7.
The project’s uniqueness is that it operates on the territory of three countries: Ukraine, Poland, and Italy, under a single number – 080 040 00 23.
“Zaporuka” has selected a mega team of 20 experienced psychologists. Specialists include men and women. If it is more comfortable for a person to communicate, for example, with a man, then the hotline coordinator will definitely take this into account.
Regarding topics that can be addressed. Any that concern you. No restrictions. Our specialists will help with everything, from the “simple” ones, such as adapting to a foreign country, building a relationship with a teenage child, anxiety, insomnia, apathy, and panic attacks, to such as feelings of hopelessness, death of loved ones, physical and psychological violence, suicidal thoughts.
How does this happen?
1) Call the hotline 080 040 00 23 from anywhere in Ukraine, Poland, and Italy at any time of the day.
2) Leave a request to the coordinator about what exactly you would like to talk to the specialist about, and indicate when it is better to contact you.
3) The coordinator forwards your request to a team of psychologists, taking into account your wishes.
4) You will be contacted by a psychologist whose expertise best matches your problem during the specified time.
