The #HelpNow service provides Ukrainians with information on how to access ART, OST (OAT), anti-tuberculosis drugs, anti-viral hepatitis drugs, hormone therapy, social and psychological assistance in Ukraine and abroad through the following communication channels: Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, email or Google Form.
#HelpNowDE targets migrant patients from Ukraine who need ART, OST (OAT), and treatment for TB and viral hepatitis.

We are Ukrainian doctors of Help24 Platform, working with HIV-positive people and representatives of key groups that have the greatest risk of HIV infection. Our goal is to provide effective online medical assistance and support (according to the principle of “telemedicine”), oriented to the needs of key populations in conditions of forced movement of Ukrainians within the country and abroad, violations of medical infrastructure and logistics as a result of the russian federation’s war against Ukraine.
Soon, shelters for people from key groups affected by the war will open their doors in the Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
Thanks to the #SoS2.0 project’s support, representatives of key population groups, including victims of violence and their families, who are today internally displaced persons, will be able to receive assistance.
